Mirchi Freshers — Registration Consent

Before you register and take part in the Mirchi Freshers Campus Ambassador Contest (“Contest”), please read and confirm the following:

  1. I confirm that I am 18 (eighteen) years of age or above.
  2. I have read and understood, and I irrevocably and unconditionally accept, the Terms & Conditions of the Mirchi Freshers Campus Ambassador Contest, and I agree to be bound by the same.
  3. I voluntarily and expressly consent to Entertainment Network (India) Limited (“ENIL”) collecting, storing, using and processing my personal data; including my name, age, gender, contact number, email address, college and academic details, photographs, videos/reels, and voting activity (“Personal Data”); for the purpose of conducting and administering the Contest, verifying my eligibility (including my age and ‘Fresher’ status), and contacting me in relation to the Contest, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  4. I consent to ENIL sharing my Personal Data with the Contest’s sponsors.
  5. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to Mirchi, and that such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal, and may result in my being unable to continue participating in the Contest.

By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the above.
